  Dirty carpets, dirty curtains, lock inoperable and no elevator. We paid over $1300 for 4 nights here and chose it based on good reviews which is a real let-down. The staff were nice but the place is disappointing and the worst value for money I have ever experienced

  The rooms are nice. The view is good. Near to the shops and restaurants.

  Nowhere to legally park to check in. TV didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. Can't get your car out of the car park without the permission and assistance of the front desk. So you apparently can't drive out at night. Water ran in the pipes in the wall all day and night. Air conditioning outside made a beeping noise like a truck reversing all night. The lift was the scariest that I've ever been in. I have stayed in over 40 quests buildings. This one would make basil Fawlty blush.

  Loved it the place was very quiet clean and the stuff were 10 out of 10
  And very handy to food and the city

  Close to some of the best restaurants in the city. Very close to CBD and all Melbourne has to offer. Great service. Nice quiet rooms. What more do you want?
