    Still waiting for a refund, have been completely ghosted by the company. Have had to contact Fair Trade twice as they did not provide the service that I paid for. No support whatsoever, nor did they provide me with the appropriate program to complete the course. Disappointed as I read the numerous 1 star reviews and overlooked them due to the fair price. Invest in your education and go elsewhere :)

    ABsolutely no phone service, no follow up support, takes forever to mark the assignments. Just a monkey service, cheap deal. Doesn't look after the corporate clients at all either. Very poor and should not be a registered training organisation.

Everyone is always available on supporting my study journey, the trainer Cyril and Student Services in particular are there for me always and ready to answer to all my questions timely and professionally. The online learning is being going very well for me.

    This place has been simply put, shocking over the past year I have used them. They don't mark your work, don't communicate, don't answer complaints. When you speak to them on the phone you get brushed off with covid excuses... Disappointed to say the least as it looked so promising.
