Have had to contact Fair Trade twice as they did not provide the service that I paid for. No support whatsoever, nor did they provide me with the appropriate program to complete the course. Disappointed as I read the numerous 1 star reviews and overlooked them due to the fair price. Invest in your education and go elsewhere :)
- Guest Wifi Added August 17, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ABsolutely no phone service, no follow up support, takes forever to mark the assignments. Just a monkey service, cheap deal. Doesn't look after the corporate clients at all either. Very poor and should not be a registered training organisation.

When you speak to them on the phone you get brushed off with covid excuses... Disappointed to say the least as it looked so promising.
