My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered for our anniversary, but the delivery guy refused to come up into my building or up to my floor to deliver it, citing excuses such as 'I'm in more of a rush than you', and 'are you sure you want to let a stranger up to your level'. He hung up on me while I was speaking mid-way with no apology as well, and since we were both 'in a rush', I ended up just telling him to leave the flowers on the reception counter, whereby he replied 'its not my fault if they get stolen'. I have never experienced such a rude delivery person.
